For pump.TV, the indoor face is also a second ad surface with longer dwell time. The economics work because the install is one unit, not two.

How long does installation take?
Half a day to a full day depending on window size and electrical access. We schedule installs to minimize business disruption.
Can I see what's playing on my screen?
Yes. You get access to a host portal showing what's playing now, what's coming up, and your revenue this month.
What if the screen breaks?
We repair or replace at our cost during the warranty period (24 months). Outside warranty, repair is at-cost. Hardware failures from our defects are always our problem.
How do I update the indoor face content?
You don't - we handle it. Transit, weather, and neighborhood content updates automatically. If you want to add your own content (a promo for your business, hours updates, a daily special), tell us and we'll add a slot.
What's the warranty?
24 months on the hardware, full replacement on manufacturing defects, full repair on normal-use failures.
Can I customize the unit's appearance?
Yes within limits. The screen frame can be wrapped in branded vinyl. The indoor face can be themed to your business. Talk to us about specifics.
